    • COMMITTED TO BEST PRACTICE

Asbestos can be found in any industrial or residential building constructed or refurbished before 2000 and its removal is highly regulated. Most higher-risk asbestos removal projects must be carried out by an HSE licensed contractor – and their scaffolding provider must also be licensed.

We’ve worked in these high-risk environments for many years and Mattison Scaffolding Ltd are one of the few companies with an asbestos ancillary license awarded by HSE to provide scaffolding for asbestos removal. Our team always follows the processes and legislation set out by the HSE and is fully trained in adopting best-practice procedures. We adhere to a written plan of works established at the start of every project, which prioritises the protection and safety of everyone working onsite.

      TESTIMONIAL

“Mattison scaffolding have been on our tier one supply chain list since 2016. They have proven to be a very reliable supplier of scaffolding services who have a high regard for compliance and Health & Safety, which is paramount to our requirements for site working. MSL not only work in conjunction with our general asbestos works, but as a Licence holder work in our Licensable operations. MSL have a systematic approach to designing, erecting and adapting their scaffold in all environments and with all considerations for Health and safety of not only their own staff but other Contractors working in or around the same project. One of the main criteria in employing a Scaffold Company, is that the Management have a full understanding of the works, and can produce suitable and sufficient RAMS first time around to expedite Contracts, to programme. All Mattison’s staff from the on-site workers to the top tier have impressed me with their dedication to our projects and assistance with completing the projects on time and within budget.”
